To purchase a ticket online, you need to register in our online shop. Your information will be saved so that you don’t have to enter it again for future bookings.
The process is very simple: register, select the tickets you want to buy, and you will then receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.
Simply scan the QR code from this email at the ticket machines at the base stations in Reschen or St. Valentin a.d.H. – and your ticket will be issued immediately.
The system automatically sends a booking confirmation to the email address you used during registration. The confirmation contains details for each ticket you purchased.
If you did not provide Keycard serial numbers when booking, you can collect your tickets at the ticket machines at the Reschen or St. Valentin a.d.H. valley stations using the QR code from the confirmation email.
Keycards can be purchased on-site at the ticket counter for €2. They can also be used for future bookings.
Pedestrian tickets are only available at the ticket counter.
The skipass is only refunded in case of ski accidents from the day presented at the cash desk. A doctor’s certificate issued by a doctor or the hospital the injured person has been taken to is necessary. The doctor’s certificate must state that the owner of the skipass can no longer ski as a result of the injury. The application for reimbursement must be submitted no later than 15 days after the accident. Later on, no refund is possible.
Accompanying people or family members have no right to refunding.
The amount to be refunded depends on the days already used.
No refunding is possible for hourly passes, half-day and day passes.
In the summer season, refunds are not provided.
Children till age-group 2020 and accompanied by parents are free!
The skipass you purchased is valid for the period you purchased.
When purchasing online, cancellation insurance can be taken out at the same time as purchasing the ticket; the price for this is displayed accordingly in the online shop.
This allows the ticket to be canceled free of charge up to four days before the first day on which the ticket is valid.
After that, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances. The cost of cancellation insurance is non-refundable.
Tickets cannot be changed after purchase. The right of withdrawal regulated in Articles 52 ff of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 is excluded in accordance with Article 59 (1) (n) of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005.
