The system will automatically send a confirmation of the booking to the e-mail address you used during registration. The confirmation contains information about each ticket you have purchased.
If you did not provide keycard serial numbers when booking, you can use the QR code of the confirmation message to collect your tickets from the ticket offices. Keycards can be purchased for €2 at the cash desk on site. These can then also be used for future bookings.
If you have purchased single rides (ascent, ascent and descent), you can use the QR code of the confirmation message to pick up your tickets at the lift ticket offices.
The skipass is only refunded in case of ski accidents from the day presented at the cash desk. A doctor’s certificate issued by a doctor or the hospital the injured person has been taken to is necessary. The doctor’s certificate must state that the owner of the skipass can no longer ski as a result of the injury. The application for reimbursement must be submitted no later than 15 days after the accident. Later on, no refund is possible.
Accompanying people or family members have no right to refunding.
The amount to be refunded depends on the days already used.
No refunding is possible for hourly passes, half-day and day passes.
In the summer season, refunds are not provided.
Children till age-group 2019 and accompanied by parents are free!
The skipass you purchased is valid for the period you purchased.
